About us

The Papamoa Swimming Club was formed by a bunch of enthusiastic parents back in 1981. Their focus back then was two fold: first, to teach swimming in the community; secondly, to form a competitive swimming squad.

Today we continue this focus by offering four different programmes:

Our ever popular Learn to Swim programme, which takes the cautious beginner to a child who can easily swim widths.
From there they move onto Length Swimming, which includes our Beginner & Advanced Lengths, Development Squad and our Training Squad.
